Once we receive your payment, your order will be packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Each item is inspected for quality and packaged with care before leaving our facility. We ship Monday to Friday and do not process orders on weekends or holidays. An email with your tracking link will be sent once your package is on the way.

Kindly review your shipping details before finalizing your purchase. Once a package has been confirmed as delivered, we’re not able to offer refunds or send replacements if it goes missing. We suggest providing a delivery address where someone will be available to receive it.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, including pre-orders and sale items. If we make an error with your order, we’ll work quickly to correct it. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
