Once we receive your payment, your order will be packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Each item is inspected for quality and packaged with care before leaving our facility. We ship Monday to Friday and do not process orders on weekends or holidays. An email with your tracking link will be sent once your package is on the way.

Kindly review your shipping details before completing your order. Once a package is marked as delivered, we’re not able to issue refunds or send replacements if it goes missing. To make sure everything arrives safely, we recommend using an address where someone will be available to receive your package. If your building needs a buzz code or unit number, kindly include that in your shipping details so delivery can go smoothly. We’re unable to take responsibility for deliveries with incomplete or inaccurate addresses, including missing buzz codes or unit numbers.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, including pre-orders and sale items. If we make an error with your order, we’ll work quickly to correct it. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
